As the former President of a large coaching company, I watched outdated healing models retraumatize individuals and couples, confuse roles, and keep people stuck in identities shaped by pain.

 

So I built something different.

 

My work integrates neuroscience, nervous-system regulation, and identity rebuilding into a practical, guided process that works for both individuals and couples.
